SailFuture

Our mission is to prove that all juvenile offenders are capable of change and deserve real opportunities to do so.

SailFuture is a 501c(3) based in Sarasota, Florida that works with judges, public defenders, state attorneys and advocacy groups to develop sailing-based intervention programs for at-risk high school students and juveniles with chronic and severe criminal offenses.

SailFuture ignites and sustains transformational change in high-risk youth by developing trust and long term personal relationships that cater to each youth’s individual needs.

Our programs leverage challenging sailing experiences, counseling, experiential education, and long-term housing to help some of society’s most challenging boys develop into independent young men.

SailFuture operates two programs: a residential intervention program for foster youth, and an afterschool mentoring program for at-risk high school students.
