Season Cancellation

As you may have heard, American Stage has paused our programming, standing in partnership with our community’s efforts to focus on our collective health.

Please know that WE WILL RETURN…we plan to resume our mainstage season in late May with ADMISSIONS, followed by NEXT TO NORMAL in July and then, THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS, opening its world premiere in September. American Stage in the Park’s production of FOOTLOOSE and our Gala Under the Stars will be presented in October 2020. Until we can bring more powerful stories to you, this ghost light in our theatre will light our stage.

Our theatre education programs are also planning to resume this June with the return of American Stage Summer Camp held at Admiral Farragut Academy.

For now, we will continue to share on our social platforms and seek new ways to connect with our community. Next week, we will announce more ways that we are standing strong as one.
