COVID-19 Update

Dear Community,
The Outreach Clinic is closed to the public and is currently not seeing patients in the office.
The Clinic phone lines will be open and answered from Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 4PM. Please allow 24 hours for a return phone call (except Friday through Sunday and those calls will be returned on Monday)
