Going the distance

The Humane Society of Pinellas received a plea from an animal shelter in the Panhandle of Florida after hurricane Sally hit. Needing transfer for several dogs, we responded immediately and sent a team up the coast to help.
A few of the dogs are undergoing medical care, including heartworm treatments and dewormers, and our Behavior and Training team continues to make sure their stay is enriching and comfortable. Hopefully all of these lovable dogs will be finding their FURever homes soon!
