About us

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hernando County Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency with the mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Our 9 Club locations serve 1,800 youth annually through a variety of programs that support youth in achieving positive outcomes in three priority areas: Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. As the leading nonprofit out-of-school-time provider in this community and throughout the U.S., Boys & Girls Clubs of Hernando County is part of a national movement that stands ready to do Whatever it Takes to Build Great Futures for all young people.
