Be the face that welcomes our clients into our community center! This position will be needed on days that employees will be out in the community. Answer phone calls, file paperwork, and help around the office with simple tasks (organizing, light cleaning, signing for packages, etc.).
We would love to see our community rally behind these foster families and relieve the stress of shopping and cooking dinner daily so that they can spend time at medical and therapy appointments and finish homework with multiple children. Driving volunteers include horse handlers who assist harnessing and hitching and able- bodied whips who accompany students in the carriage. Lesson program volunteers should be willing to commit to coming the same day and time each week.
Volunteers serve on event committees and assist with production during the various fundraisers and special events that Inspire holds each year.
Volunteers assist by leading horses or walking beside riders (sidewalking) during classes. Horse leaders come with an understanding of, and experience with horses. Sidewalkers do not need experience. Lesson program volunteers should be willing to commit to coming the same day and time each week.
